Blue Access for Members (BAM) offers Medicare coverage and benefit information, health and wellness resources, and more to help you live a healthy lifestyle.
Log In to Your Account
BAM gives you access to services and features that can help save you time and money. You can:
- Search for a health care provider, hospital, urgent care facility, or pharmacy
- Review your Coverage and Benefits, including your plans Evidence of Coverage (EOC)
- Check the status or history of a claim
- See your prescription history
- View and print your member ID card, or order a new card
- Get health and wellness information
Mobile App
Download the BCBSIL mobile app to conveniently access your member information, anytime you need it.
With the mobile app you can:
- Find care
- Access your Medicare coverage information
- Access your temporary digital member ID card, and more
The mobile app is available for iPhone and Android users.
