With Virtual Visits your appointment will be with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE doctor for minor, non-emergency conditions by phone, mobile app or online video anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a doctor immediately or schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.

MDLIVE^® is a separate company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) to provide virtual visit services for members with coverage through BCBSIL. MDLIVE is solely responsible for its operations and for those of its contracted providers. Virtual Visits may not be available to all BCBSIL members.

Your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan may provide coverage for over‑the‑counter (OTC) drugs and other health‑related pharmacy products. Members may select these items from a catalog and have them shipped directly to them.
