Ask a Doc: Cancer Awareness

Join us in-person or virtually on October 27 from 6pm - 7pm for an opportunity to learn more about cancer prevention and management from Dr. McDonald, who specializes in gastroenterology and is also a trained chef.  

Ask a Lactation Specialist

This National Breastfeeding Month, Blue Door's partnering with a lactation specialist from Balanced Breastfeeding Solutions for an in-person and virtual event on August 25 from 5:30pm - 7:30 pm. Light refreshments and giveaway items for breastfeeding moms.

Breathe Easier with Asthma

Almost 26 million Americans, including 6 million children, have asthma. In Illinois, about 850,000 people have this condition.

Get Moving

We can help you work towards meeting your fitness goals. We have classes for all ages and activity levels, including low-impact fitness classes and programs just for seniors. Best of all, they’re available at no cost to you.
